1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to PlanUp! ("we," "our," or "us"). PlanUp! is an application created and operated by M/s Sansim International, a partnership firm registered under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 as amended up-to-date. By accessing or using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Age Restriction: The App is only available for use by individuals between the ages of 18 and 25. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2.2 Identity Verification: You must provide accurate and current information about yourself, including a valid form of identification (such as a college ID or Aadhaar card) to verify your identity and college/university/organisation affiliation.

3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the App's registration form. You also agree to update this information to keep it accurate and current.
3.3 One Account Per Person: You may maintain only one active account. Multiple accounts owned by the same individual are prohibited.

4. User-Generated Content
4.1 Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you post or share on the App, including plans, messages, and other materials ("User Content").
4.2 Prohibited Content: You agree not to post User Content that:
a) Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy
b) Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights
c) Impersonates any person or entity or falsely states or misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity
d) Contains unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, spam, or any other form of solicitation
4.3 Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable for any reason, without prior notice.

5. User Conduct
5.1 Appropriate Behaviour: You agree to use the App in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. You will not use the App for any unlawful purpose or engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the App's functionality.
5.2 Respect for Other Users: You agree to interact with other users in a respectful and appropriate manner. Harassment, bullying, stalking, or any form of threatening behaviour is strictly prohibited.
5.3 Safety Precautions: While using the App to meet or interact with other users, you are solely responsible for your own safety. We strongly advise taking appropriate precautions when meeting people in person, such as meeting in public places and informing a friend or family member of your plans.

6. Reporting Mechanism
6.1 Reporting Violations: If you encounter any content or behaviour that violates these Terms, you can report it through the App's built-in reporting mechanism.
6.2 Investigation: We will investigate reported violations and take appropriate action, which may include warning the user, removing content, or terminating the user's account.
6.3 Cooperation: You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation into reported violations.

7. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of M/s Sansim International.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Use at Your Own Risk: Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranty of any kind.
8.2 No Liability for User Interactions: We are not responsible for any interactions between users that occur through or as a result of using the App. You release us from any claims, demands, or damages arising out of disputes between users or between users and any third party.
8.3 Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall M/s Sansim International be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless M/s Sansim International and its officers, partners, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of the App; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.
10. Modifications to the App and Terms
10.1 App Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any features or portions thereof without prior notice.

10.2 Terms Changes: We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on the App. By continuing to access or use the App after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
